Exchange and Refund Policy

 

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their order before the shipping label is issued and receive a full refund, minus payment gateway fees (Visa, Mada, Benefit, Mastercard).
    The refund will be processed within 5 to 14 business days, depending on the bank and payment method.
  • If the order is canceled due to product unavailability or an error in pricing or quantity, the customer will be informed directly and a full refund will be issued within the same period mentioned above.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after the shipping label has been issued or the package has been handed over to the courier.
  • If the customer does not receive the shipment within the delivery window set by the courier, the order will be automatically canceled and will not be reshipped.

 

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return or exchange requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    Payment gateway fees (Visa, Mada, Benefit, Mastercard) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Coffee products and consumables are not eligible for return or exchange unless the wrong item was sent or the product was received damaged.
  • Electrical appliances with manufacturing defects must be handled directly with the authorized distributor during the warranty period. Barista Solutions is not responsible for servicing or replacing such items directly.
  • For non-electrical items with manufacturing defects (such as cracks or damage), Barista Solutions will cover the shipping and replacement costs, provided the issue is reported within 14 days of receipt and supported by clear photos.

 

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Product photos (if available)
  3. After approval, a return shipping label will be issued via an authorized courier.
    The product must be handed over within 3 business days from the date the label is issued.
    In case of delay, additional charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Refunds & Charges

  • If the issue is caused by us (such as a wrong or damaged item), Barista Solutions will cover all shipping and return fees.
  • If the return is due to a personal reason (such as a change of mind), the customer will be responsible for:
    • Original shipping costs (if applicable)
    • Return shipping to our warehouse
  • If the customer benefited from free shipping but chooses to return part of the order, standard shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Refunds are issued within 5 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product,
    minus payment gateway fees (Visa, Mada, Benefit, Mastercard), and using the original payment method.
