Urnex Cafiza 900g

Cafiza® 2 Espresso Machine Cleaner is specially formulated to remove coffee oils and residues from group heads, valves, and lines of espresso machines. It's ideal for daily backflushing and ensures optimal machine performance.

Backflushing Instructions:

Insert blind filter into portafilter and add up to 3g of Cafiza powder.

Lock portafilter into group head and activate brew cycle for 10 seconds.

Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.

Remove portafilter and rinse with clean water through the group head.

Brew and discard an espresso shot to ensure no residue remains.
